ilovepdf.cv is built so most work never leaves your computer. This page is the honest version of what we do and do not keep.
Browser tools
Files you drop on a tool page are processed in your browser. They stay on this device. We do not upload them, and we do not run a cloud file locker.
Guest credits
If you are not signed in, we set an httpOnly cookie with a random id and store a lifetime credit count of 50 for that guest. We also store a hash of the network address so the same cookie and the same network share one cap. Clearing the cookie on the same network does not reset it. We do not canvas-fingerprint your device. Signed-in Free accounts get 50 credits each UTC month instead.
If you create an account
We store the email you sign in with, your plan, and your credit balance. On Pro and Team we also store hashed API keys.
Signed-in website jobs, and jobs you run with an API key (including the CLI, MCP, and Chrome extension), store a history row: which tool, how many credits, success or failure, and the time. We do not store the file. Guest jobs are counted on the hashed network address and cookie, not on an account.
If you buy a plan, our payment processor keeps card details. We store a customer id so we can match the order to your account.
Chat downloads
Files produced from the Poe chat bot are stored for a short time so you can download them. Those rows are not tied to an ilovepdf.cv login.
After you confirm your email we send one welcome message from hello@ilovepdf.cv. We do not send that message again on later logins. Replies go to sankalp@ilovepdf.cv.
Delete your data
From Account, open Privacy & data and delete the account. That removes your profile, API keys, credit history, and credited job history. Browser files on your device are not in our systems, so they stay where they are.
